One address, no forms

The only way to reach us — and the only channel we have — is one email address:

info@eucitizensrightsnetwork.co.uk

We are volunteers, so please allow up to a week for a reply. Write in English or in your own language — we will do our best.

What to expect when you email us

We are an information service. We cannot take on cases, hold your documents, or give immigration advice — that is a regulated activity, and we are not regulated advisers. What we will do is read your message, point you to the organisation with the power to help, and then delete the exchange. We keep no copies, no lists and no records. That is a promise, and it is also the design of the whole site — see the privacy page.

If your problem is urgent — eviction, dismissal, destitution, or a deadline in the next few days — do not wait for us. Go straight to When rights go wrong and contact a law centre, Citizens Advice or a regulated adviser today. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.

Who we'd love to hear from

  • Anyone who spots an error — a broken link, an out-of-date rule, a wrong phone number in the embassy directory. The map is only useful if it is current, and readers are its best inspectors.
  • Volunteers — especially people who speak community languages and people willing to help check pages against official sources.
  • Advice organisations — if we have described your service inaccurately, or you know a free service we should map, tell us.
  • Journalists and researchers — we are happy to explain how the service works and what we see, though we hold no case data to share (by design, we never will).
